3 Keys to Effective Product or Service Promotion

Promotion is consistent and accurate communication between your company (seller) and your target market (the buyer). You must communicate to them "we have what you need" as they have communicated to you "this is what I need". It may sound simple but keeping your finger on the pulse of you target market can bring new life (profits) to your business. This requires time, analytical skills, patients and a true concern for other people.

The primary objective of promotions are to Inform potential customers or clients of your products or services, making them aware of your existence, skill and reputation - if there is one from what you provide.

The second objective is to create or reinforce a positive set of attributes associated with your product or service, to stimulate interest and to motivate the trying of your product or service. If you can lock-into what the customer actually wants or needs, your product or service will then become their solution. This is the process of persuading. Persuading can help answer the question, why your company as opposed to another that does the same thing.

The third objective of promotions is to constantly remind the customer with consistent communications that your product or service is the solution to their problem or a particular problem. Positive brand communications will help to promote brand loyalty - repeat customers who will tell others. Remember, if you give them what they want or need consistently and even improve on that over time, you may have a customer for the life of your business. If you do not, you may have a customer for a very short period of time.

Yes, costumer satisfaction is the main theme of the company. If we are able to provide the products matching costumer needs and wants. Then, it will be effective.
